Lake Shore Plaza will be a new luxury hotel that welcomes all kinds of guests. Located in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago, this hotel will focus on bringing the richness of its surroundings into its design. Lake Shore Plaza will act as an escape for those who need it by engaging the guests with different amenities (both open to all guests and private services) if they choose. This new luxury hotel is looking to bring historical elements of the Gold Coast neighborhood into the design to enhance the guest’s experience no matter what their purpose for being there is.
Lake Shore Plaza will be bright, fresh, and open, helping guests feel calm once in its environment. High ceilings in the entrance and accessible areas will welcome guests into the space. Throughout the design, the use of natural elements like stone and marble are used to create a neutral but high-end feel. More rich/saturated colors will be featured as accents throughout the design in furniture and/or wallcoverings. The spa will use neutral and soft tones, as well as lower ceilings to create a more intimate feel.
